University of Northern Iowa Redeker Dining Facility | IA

The existing 61,000 sf cafeteria style dining hall was completely renovated into a $8.6 million marketplace-style servery. It was designed to function as a multi-functional gathering place with distinctly different foodservice venues and various seating options, cyber cafe, convenience store, offices and dance floor for after-hours use.
